How do I know if equipment brokering is right for me?

If you are in the sales space. ie, real estate agent, car salesman, other equipment sales, etc, then this course would be great for either adding additional income or making a career change. It is a very untapped market and very unlikely to ever be saturated. It is a very needed profession where you can write your own ticket.

Do I need anything else to get started?

All you need to get started is this course and an open mind. Everything you need to learn from understanding the fundamentals, inspecting the equipment, valuing the equipment, marketing yourself to the client and the equipment as well as all the forms you need are in this course.

How much training will it take?

We say the training takes about 3 weeks if you put your nose to the grindstone, however it depends on you. If it takes 6 weeks then thats ok too. When you go through the course and understand it, then it's just a matter of following the marketing aspect of the course and your off and running.

How much money can I make?

Patrick and I do this in real life along with other students. Depending if this is a part time thing you could make $8,000-$12,000 a month. Some of our students who do this full time make $45,000-$60,000 per month. It all depends. We have personally had $50,000-$75,000 months. What you put in is what you will get out. This all can be automated to free up more time and scalable.

Will I still be able to do real estate?

If you are still doing Real Estate or your other sales position you can implement this in and then decide if this is something your fine with doing part time or making it your full career/business. It is common for other Real estate and sales professional to only sell a couple of these a month and keep doing what they are doing. It is also something that many of these sales professionals decide to go all into and make it very successful.
